For some decent tube bender tools, the ones below are workable. You need to supply your own lever arm (Schedule 40 pipe--called "Medium" pipe in Australia-- from the hardware store), AND you will need a very strong fixed surface (metal table or concrete) or stand to mount the bender. 20mm bender good for small one person foldable sits (with 2024-T3) and can probably just need a stiff heavy table for mount.

I found these on Alibaba, there are many different kind of benders available. I chose this supplier for simple design and very good communication. "Max" bender design suitable for low-volume production work. Check the radius using your tube thickness (charts posted on another thread).
