Sourcing fabric in Australia

Hi everyone,

I've been working on plans for a DIY version of the Alpine Double and have been struggling to find fabrics in Australia. Of course much of the difficulty right now is that there isn't a lot of international freight happening and it doesn't seem to be made here.
I'm looking for 420D nylon, waterproof (or at least resistant) ripstop in about 70D and some tough ballistic nylon or cordura type fabric for the scuffs.

The only place I've had luck so far is Paskal but they're pretty costly and have minimal options.

Anyone have any luck finding these fabrics in Aus?

Paskal for smaller quantities (I think they buy from Speedline and mark up about 30%).

Really the best supplier of best fabrics for smaller quantities in Australia is RipStopByTheRoll in USA.  They have a (relatively) good deal on shipping rolls From USA to Australia. 

Webbing Industries and Narrowtex supply webbing in Australia (Paskal, too).

I am hoping to get a fly done by the Big Camopy Campout weekend so will order some bulk fabrics from ripstop by the roll when we have the patterns and methods dialled.

I'm planning to get an order for fly material in in the next couple of days for the first fly, for the trapezium frame you kindly donated Deuce. I have emailed speedline textiles and asked for specs on their 70D PU coated nylon, but also in my research found this fabric from a small Tassie website:

Whilst it might not be as economical, I am wondering what folks may think of PU coated nylon vs silicon coated polyester ripstop for a fly? Pros/cons or would they be more or less similar? The polyester looks to be more waterproof than speedline's water resistant nylon which is why I'm interested.
