Trollwall

It seems like the Troll Wall is getting more and more winter attempts, Marek Raganowicz did it solo a couple of years ago. Andy Kirkpatrick did a new route a few years ago.  I have seen a few other accents by Polish climbers too. Unfortunately, two check climbers went missing https://norwaytoday.info/news/czech-climber-trollveggen/ this July showing how dangerous it is in the summer months. Seems like the Troll wall has become a winter accent only after the massive rockfall in early 2000s.

If anyone has other information on accents in the last 5 years I would love to hear about it.

Cheers,

Regan

Yes, I think the wall is safer in winter season, specifically on the right part (right from Arch Wall).
BTW, I don't know anything about the new route of Big Andy...
Regarding Polish ascents. Since my solo in winter 2017 the only ascent was in the last summer: Norwegian Route, Gosia Jurewicz & Jozek Soszynski.
I didn't notice any winter ascents since 2017.
